AFR1 3220-001_FA21: An integrated management course, emphasizing the individual as a manager in an Air Force environment. The individual motivational and behavioral processes, leadership, communication, and group dynamics are covered to provide a foundation for the development of the junior officer's professional skills. A minimum of 80 percent attendance is required for a passing grade. First semester of a two semester sequence. Two semesters required for one course credit.
